Any donation made through this website is subject to the terms and conditions listed on this page. All donations accepted through the website are in New Zealand dollars only. Refunds will not be given and one-off donations cannot be cancelled. If you have made a commitment towards our regular donation programme, you must notify us in writing, within seven days of your preferred cancellation date, to discontinue this payment. Receipts will be issued via email within two weeks of your transaction being processed.
Project 2nd Chance Donations - Any donations made to this Appeal will be automatically displayed on the donation table within the Project 2nd Chance homepage. Your Full Name, Donation Amount and Comments (made within the comments box on the donation form) will be included in the table. If you would like your details removed from this table, please click here. If you prefer, you are welcome to contact us directly to make a donation over the phone, pay by internet banking or cheque - none of these forms of donation will be noted within the online table. Any personal details recorded by our website, (e.g. Donation page, Newsletter sign up and/or Contact us form) will not be shared with any third party, unless otherwise stated. All details will remain confidential and will only be used to achieve the purpose for which we collected it.
When paying for SPCA Canterbury Membership and/or Membership Renewal online, all information provided forms the basis of an application for membership of the Canterbury Branch of the Royal New Zealand Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Incorporated and any false or misleading information supplied may exclude the applicant from membership. The applicant agrees to comply with the Society’s Rules, Regulations and By Laws. The applicant understands that in accordance with the Constitution their application is conditional upon approval by the Society’s Board and if membership is not subsequently accepted any subscription will be refunded in full.
